    Margot Robbie is "enjoying motherhood"

The 34-year-old actress and her husband Tom Ackerley recently welcomed their first child - a baby boy whose name and birth date have yet to be revealed - and the loved-up couple are relishing the challenges of parenthood

A source told PEOPLE: "They have been hanging out in [Los Angeles] as a family. Tom's mom has been visiting from England."

Margot plans to return to work in 2025 - but, for the time being, the actress is keen to spend some quality time with her baby boy.

The insider shared: "Margot has several projects lined up next year. She wants to rest now and spend time with the baby. She's enjoying motherhood."

Margot previously described herself as the "ultimate single gal" before meeting Tom.

But the 'Barbie' actress admitted that the 34-year-old film producer has changed her entire outlook on life.

Reflecting on the evolution of their romance, Margot told Vogue magazine: "I was the ultimate single gal. The idea of relationships made me want to vomit.

"And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, 'Oh, he would never love me back. Don't make it weird, Margot. Don't be stupid and tell him that you like him'. And then it happened, and I was like, of course we're together."

The Hollywood star also admitted that their relationship just "makes so much sense".

Margot - who married Tom in 2016, in a private ceremony in Byron Bay in Australia - explained: "This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before."
