Rob Kardashian has made his first on-screen appearance in four years on The Kardashians

The family's Hulu reality show returned on Thursday (22.10.25) and fans were stunned to see the 38-year-old reality star pop up at a family dinner with his eight-year-old daughter Dream, as he has largely retreated from the spotlight

His siblings, Khloe, 41, Kim, 45, and Kourtney, 46, are hoping he makes more appearances on the show.

In a confessional, Khloe said: "I know everyone is hoping that Rob comes back to the show. Trust me, we are too.

"Rob is doing well. He is alive."

She continued: "The conspiracies run wild and one of them is that he lives with me and he's in our shadows and we don't want him around. He isn't some miserable person that lives under a bridge. We are totally fine."

Kim said: "I do miss him being on the show because he is just so funny," Kim shared. "It would be great if he would regularly be back on the show. That is the goal."

The Kardashians has been on TV since 2022, with Rob having only appeared in the background or been heard on calls.

Rob previously explained that not being "comfortable in my skin" is why he doesn't like going on camera.

Speaking on the Khloe in Wonder Land podcast a few months back, he explained: "I don't wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I'm not comfortable. I'm not comfortable in my skin, so why would I want to go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that's not what I want to do?"

Rob insisted it has nothing to do with any family drama.

He said: "There's definitely nothing wrong between any of us.

"It just has everything to do with myself."

He added: "I love filming if it's positive and natural and I'm feeling good about myself. I like being around my family so that stuff is good to me."
