Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan's eldest son has got married

Sam Fox, 36, and Molly Milstein quietly tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held in New York City in October, which the smitten couple announced in an Instagram post on Tuesday (04.11.25).

Captioning a series of photos from their special day, Molly wrote: "A month before."

In the photos of Sam and Molly's wedding day, which were a mix of colour and black-and-white shots, his younger sisters, 30-year-old twins Aquinnah and Schuyler, and Esme, 24, can be seen embracing each other.

In another photograph, actress Tracy, 65, can be seen in the background looking joyous as she sees her son get married.

However, Back to the Future actor Michael, 64, could not be seen in any of the snaps.

After their announcement, Sam and Molly were bombarded with congratulatory messages in the post's comments section.

One person said: "Congratulations Sam! Beautiful photos."

A second user wrote: "Congratulations! Thrilled for you both!! (sic)"

And a third follower penned: "Congratulations having such great parents as an example of what FOREVER is you both are blessed already on this journey of marriage (sic)."

Sam and Molly announced their engagement in February 2024 by posting a cozy selfie in a snowy setting in South Woodstock, Vermont, on Instagram.

Molly flashed her sparkly diamond ring, with her left hand gently rested on Sam's chest.

He captioned the loved-up post with: "LFG!!"

Michael and Tracy met in 1985 when they were cast as each other's love interests - Alex P. Keaton and Ellen Reed, respectively - on the NBC sitcom Family Ties, but they were friends at this point.

However, sparks flew when they were reunited on-screen in the 1988 drama-comedy movie Bright Lights, Big City, and they got engaged within months.

The couple then said "I do" in 1988 and went on to have four children.

And Michael says getting married to Tracy is the best thing that has ever happened to him.

In 2024, he told People: "We just make it up as we go along. It's interesting, being married for 35 years. Yeah. I mean, the joke is you say I've been married 35 years, and it's [been] the best 35 years of my life, so think about that one for a second.

"But it's great. It's great having a partner and having someone that knows you in a [certain] way when everyone in the world thinks they know you. [Only] one person actually knows you."
