Two courier drivers have been caught on camera throwing packages between their delivery vans

The footage was taken somewhere between Wellington and Wairarapa and posted to Facebook.

It shows the back ends of two Fastway vans facing each other while the drivers heave items from one to the other.

Fastway chief executive Scott Jenys says the two workers have let down the company at the busiest time of year.

He says it's an isolated incident and they don't condone such behaviour.

Disciplinary action is being taken.
