No charges have been laid in the case of the runaway tour bus in Auckland... yet

No charges have been laid in the case of the runaway tour bus in Auckland... yet

Three people were injured when the Hassle-free Tours vehicle rolled down Victoria Street without a driver last week.

The bus involved will be examined by the Police Commercial Vehicle Safety Team.

Hassle-free Tours Managing Director Mark Gilbert says the driver involved is taking time off work.

He says they're conducting internal enquiries and will release the details soon.

WorkSafe has handed the case over to Police.
