A deluge of rain in Sydney has caused rising water levels and threats of flooding

Wild weather's been hammering the Australian state - with heavy rain, thunder and lightning over the past few days.
Evacuation warnings are in place - with those in low lying areas being told to prepare to leave.
Major flooding is possible at North Richmond this morning - while moderate flooding is occurring at Windsor.
New South Wales Premier Chris Minns tells people to listen for any updates.
He says the best thing crew can do is communicate clear information to those in flood prone areas about what they need to do.
