    A low-pressure system's bringing rain, as well as thunderstorms and wind.

    Metservice has also issued a heavy rain warning for the Wairoa district.

    Interislander's cancelled two crossings today, citing rough seas, while 4 metre southerly swells are expected to batter the south and east coasts of the North Island.
