You don't want to miss it

You don't want to miss it

That's the gist of the message from canoe sprint ace Aimee Fisher to the public ahead of her likely match-up with Dame Lisa Carrington at the Paris Olympics.

The 2021 world champ's been confirmed for Paris in the K2 and K1 - where she could meet Carrington in the race for gold.

Fisher says she couldn't be more excited to continue their domestic rivalry in the Olympic arena.

Fisher will be joined by Games newcomer Lucy Matahaere in the K2.

Carrington's locked in for the K1, K2 and the K4 - with Alicia Hoskin, Olivia Brett and Tara Vaughan rounding out the six-strong New Zealand women's group.
