    Breakers swingman Tom Abercrombie knows how lucky the Australian basketball league club is to have Corey Webster


    A strong World Cup has seen the Tall Blacks guard offered a significant deal from Turkish side Darussafaka .

    However, the Breakers have denied his release request, as Darussafaka isn't willing to buy out his contract and they aren't willing to let him go for nothing.

    Abercrombie says Webster is crucial for their playoff aspirations.



    The Breakers' preseason campaign begins on Thursday in Tasmania.
