A possible explanation to the Tall Blacks' offensive struggles from point guard Shea Ili during his side's 81-64 triumph over Chinese Taipei in Christchurch

A possible explanation to the Tall Blacks' offensive struggles from point guard Shea Ili during his side's 81-64 triumph over Chinese Taipei in Christchurch

New Zealand were held to 52 points through three quarters before pulling away in the final stanza.

Ili joined the squad on Sunday after missing the loss to the Philippines due to the birth of his third child.

He says his late arrival - and a heavy dose of club basketball - caused some complications.
