Joseph Parker's reignited his heavyweight title hopes with a split decision victory over Brit Derek Chisora in their heavyweight boxing bout in Manchester

The Kiwi fighter recovered from an early knockdown to take upper hand in the later rounds.

The scorecards reading 115-113 - Chisora, 116-111 - Parker, 115-113 - Parker.

Parker says without a doubt, it was a gruelling battle.



Chisora isn't happy with how the judges scored the fight, saying he had the upperhand early on.



Parker's now the WBO inter-continental heavyweight champion, and his record improves to 29-2 .
