    David Nyika is eager to advance his career


    The Kiwi boxer was hoping to turn professional after this year's Olympics, but with the Games pushed out 12 months, so have Nyika's pro ambitions.

    He says Covid-19 has set back his timelines, which are strictly curbed.



    Nyika's currently sparring with Joseph Parker, to help the heavyweight prepare for his bout against Junior Fa.
