A swan song Chappell-Hadlee series for Ross Taylor is on ice

New Zealand Cricket's confirmed the three match one day international series and a lone T20 across the Tasman at the end of the month won't proceed, with no certainty the touring squad could get back into the country.

Both New Zealand and Australia are now working on new dates.

NZC boss David White says the tour was arranged on the advice a trans-tasman bubble would be in place.

At this stage ... the only limited overs matches locked in this summer before Ross Taylor retires are against the Netherlands in March.
