    India have prevailed by six wickets in their second Asia Cup meeting.

    The captains refused to acknowledge each other at the toss, and the sides didn't shake hands afterwards.

    Pakistan and former Black Caps coach Mike Hesson claims his side was keen, yet no-one offered a peaceful mitt.

    The tournament is the first time the teams have met since the nations' four-day military conflict in May.
