White Ferns pace bowler Jess Kerr has outlined the importance of this afternoon's 50-over cricket World Cup warm-up game against India A in Bengaluru

It'll be the first of two warm-up contests for New Zealand, ahead of next Wednesday's tournament opener against defending champions Australia.

Kerr says more game time is needed - with the White Ferns' last international back in March.

    First ball is at 4pm.
