A rare and special day for New Zealand cricket

A rare and special day for New Zealand cricket

The Black Caps have toppled India by eight wickets to win the inaugural World Test Championships.

Captain Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor were at the crease -- chasing down India's target of 139 with seven point one overs to spare.

National's Chris Bishop remembers our devastating loss at Lord's at the 2019 Cricket World Cup -- so this is amazing.

He says to come back two years later and become World Test Champions is just phenomenal.

Bishop says beating Australia in Hobart in 2011 might be the only victory which comes close to this.
