    Chennai's Rachin Ravindra and Devon Conway and Mumbai's Trent Boult left India last weekend.

    New Zealand white ball captain Mitchell Santner and uncapped batter Bevon Jacobs - both of the Mumbai Indians - were the only New Zealanders to remain, on the instruction of their IPL side.
