    New Zealand Rugby high performance boss Mike Anthony's unsure when the captain's challenge will return


    The review system was added for this year's Aotearoa tournament but proved divisive with 24 decisions referred and seven successful.

    The concept won't be used in the Trans-Tasman competition as Australia didn't use it in their Super competition.

    Anthony says it's an unlikely starter in this year's NPC due to technology demands.
