Hope Sam Cane still has one more test in him, from All Blacks forwards coach Jason Ryan

Hope Sam Cane still has one more test in him, from All Blacks forwards coach Jason Ryan

The former captain has been ruled out of consideration for Sunday morning's test against France owing to HIA protocols, meaning his last chance to wear the jersey's against Italy next weekend.

Ryan says it's a case of wait and see.

Mark Tele'a is also out of Sunday's test with a hand injury, while Beauden Barrett and Codie Taylor are on track.

Du'Plessis Kirifi, Chay Fihaki and Fabian Holland have joined the squad in Paris.
