    James O'Connor's relishing the prospect of writing his own chapter into the storied legacy of players to wear the Crusaders 10 jersey


    The former Wallabies playmaker's set to battle it out with Taha Kemara and Rivez Reihana for minutes at first five next season.

    Andrew Mehrtens, Dan Carter and Richie Mo'unga all guided the Crusaders to Super Rugby success.

    O'Connor says it's special to follow in their footsteps.
