    New Zealand Rugby chairman Brent Impey wants it to become a dollar rather than percentage game when it comes to Players Association negotiations


    The Silver Lake deal was this week unanimously approved by the provincial unions, with the NZRPA remaining the last stumbling block with mediation to continue in weeks to come.

    NZRPA boss Rob Nichol insists there's many non-financial factors at play, but Impey disagrees.
