Hamish Bond's Olympic team pursuit ambitions are humming along at a strong cadence in the velodrome

The Commonwealth Games time trial bronze medallist has been training with the national track team with an eye on competing at Tokyo in 2020.

Bond says he's refining his skills, and tackling a weakness.
