    Crusaders captain David Havili insists his side can dig a way out of their early Super Rugby hole


    The defending champions have returned to training today as they contemplate being belted by the Brumbies over the weekend in a record home defeat.

    Havili says a winless start can be turned around, even with the high flying Chiefs away this weekend.
