A party for the Silver Ferns - and everyone's invited

A party for the Silver Ferns - and everyone's invited

A public reception will be held at Parliament on August 26th for the new World Champs.

The Silver Ferns beat Australia last month, to win their first Netball World Cup in 16 years.

Sports Minister Grant Robertson says a Parliamentary reception is a fitting way to honour and celebrate the extraordinary achievement.

He says coach Noeline Taurua and almost all players, management and support staff will be there.
