The Stars have made it a miserable weekend for the Northern Mystics, winning 59-38 in Auckland to consign the ANZ netball Premiership competition leaders to a second loss in as many days

The table-toppers are still missing their sharp shooter Grace Nweke, who is injured.

The Mystics, who also lost to the Tactix yesterday, tried putting defender Phoenix Karaka into the shooting circle at one stage.

The Steel lead the Magic 33-26 at halftime of the late match.
