That's how Silver Ferns goal shoot Grace Nweke's describing the build-up to tonight's first netball test against South Africa on Auckland's North Shore.

The Ferns are without Dame Noeline Taurua - who's been stood down after a group of players reportedly raised concerns about the environment under the veteran coach.

Nweke admits it's been difficult without Taurua.
