Katrina Rore hopes stint across the ditch helps impact scheduling for NZ and Australian domestic netball seasons

Katrina Rore hopes her stint across the ditch can help impact scheduling for the New Zealand and Australian domestic netball seasons

The Silver Ferns and Central Pulse defender has joined the New South Wales Swifts for the remainder of the Aussie season as an injury replacement.

She's one of many Kiwi players to have recently made the move across the ditch, whether temporarily or permanent.

Rore says it would be great if the schedules didn't overlap, so more players could link up with a trans-Tasman club.
