    Former Silver Fern Joan Hodson believes load management is set to become one of netball's biggest challenges


    World Netball are looking to revolutionise the test calendar, with biennial World Cups and a new Continental Cup - with the world's top five teams - mooted as expansion ideas.

    Hodson says the top players won't be able to do everything.
