    Staying relaxed will be the chief focus for new Silver Fern Catherine Hall when training camp proper gets underway early next month


    The Mystics defender's earned her debut call-up ahead of the Taini Jamison series against South Africa in September.

    Hall is expecting a step up from the ANZ Premiership.
