    A hint at a cautious approach to the final five games of the regular A-League football season for the Wellington Phoenix as they bid to secure their place in the finals


    After 6-nil and 5-nil defeats, they have responded with consecutive wins - the latest came last night with a 1-nil victory over Perth Glory.

    They're now on 33 competition points in fifth, one behind Adelaide who have played two more matches.

    Coach Ufuk Talay outlines their mindset.



    The Phoenix return home tomorrow and have a game against Central Coast on Sunday.
