    Calls for businesses to draft work policies on cannabis use, ahead of the upcoming referendum


    On September 19, we'll be ticking yes or no to legalise the substance.

    Lane Neave partner Andrew Shaw says even if the referendum fails, it's important for workplaces to consult with employers and unions before introducing robust policies.

    He says it's a good wake up call for most employers.
