Canterbury go top above Auckland after the Aces lost by six wickets to the Central Stags, at Eden Park's outer oval.
That result sees the Stags climbed off the bottom and up to fourth.
Wellington beat Northern Districts by four wickets at the Basin Reserve ... the Firebirds stay third while N.D. are now last.
