    Bulldogs general manager and league pundit Phil Gould has been in hospital since Monday with what have been described as "significant health concerns" as he awaits test results on his heart

    The 67-year-old has been absent from his regular media duties in the lead-up to Sunday's NRL final between the Storm and Broncos.

    Gould recently re-signed an extension with the Canterbury club through until 2031.
