    The telecommunications industry has been named the worst for customer satisfaction


    A new MBIE report reveals the industry generates the most complaints, with Spark, Vodafone and 2degrees being in the top 5.

    Telecommunications Forum chairperson, Geoff Thorn, says they're working hard to improve customer satisfaction.
