    A man's been arrested and charged with assaulting police after a crash in Nelson


    Police attended a single vehicle crash on Whakatu Drive at 10 past six last night.

    But they say a man then fled the scene in another vehicle.

    A 38-year-old is due to appear in Nelson District Court next month.
