Chanel Harris-Tavita's has been named to partner the returning Shaun Johnson in the halves for the Warriors NRL encounter against the Sea Eagles on Friday night

Chanel Harris-Tavita's has been named to partner the returning Shaun Johnson in the halves for the Warriors NRL encounter against the Sea Eagles on Friday night

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Veteran halfback Johnson's shrugged off from a hamstring injury and is set to line up for his first match since announcing his impending retirement.

Harris-Tavita gets the nod at five-eighth - despite Luke Metcalf's return to the first grade side after a long-term injury layoff.

The selections raise a question around goal kicking responsibilities.

But coach Andrew Webster says those are yet to be dished out.

Returning centre Adam Pompey fills the void left by Ali Leiataua - who's out with concussion.

Wing Marcelo Montoya is also back from injury and into the starting side.

Hooker Wayde Egan's named to start - but his elbow injury is being monitored.
