The Sea Eagles have pipped the Bulldogs 24-22 to book an NRL elimination final against the Roosters at Allianz Stadium in Sydney on Saturday

The Sea Eagles have pipped the Bulldogs 24-22 to book an NRL elimination final against the Roosters at Allianz Stadium in Sydney on Saturday

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The Sharks' bid to play Friday's game against the Cowboys in Cronulla has failed.

The NRL has avoided fixtures in suburban areas after the first week of play-offs, citing the need for more fans to attend - Shark Park's capacity is 13,500.

That game will now also be played at Allianz Stadium, but risks a code clash.

The Sydney Swans play in an AFL preliminary final next door at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
