    Kate Burley's willing to bide her time on the fringes of the Silver Ferns set-up as she prepares to represent New Zealand in netball's shorter format


    The uncapped defender was named in a 16-strong national squad in August - but didn't make the cut for the series against England and Australia.

    Burley says she would rather be in the mix than on the outside looking in.



    Burley's in the Fast 5 Ferns squad playing in this weekend's World Series tournament in Christchurch.
