    Former TV presenter and anti-vax campaigner, Liz Gunn, has failed to get her assault conviction thrown out

    She assaulted an Auckland airport worker in February last year.

    She'd told Gunn to stop filming a family who'd been locked down in Tokelau, after refusing the Covid vaccine.

    Gunn grabbed the staffer's arm, flaring up a previous injury.

    Gunn was sentenced to a conviction and discharge.
