Seasonal direct flights between Christchurch and Hong Kong resume today

Cathay Pacific will operate four flights a week until late February, adding one additional flight from last season.

It's also expanded its season, confirming it will run three flights per week in March 2025.

The additional flights -- and use of a larger plane -- is an 88-percent increase in seat capacity on 2023.
