    UFC mixed martial arts icon Conor McGregor has put in a typically physical display on the football pitch in a surprise appearance for his pub's team, Black Forge FC against Harding in Ireland


    The former featherweight and lightweight champion has kicked an opponent in the midriff while attempting a volley.

    McGregor reportedly played on the left wing in the 1-all draw.
