Exporters are continuing to benefit from high commodity prices and the low Kiwi dollar

Exporters are continuing to benefit from high commodity prices and the low Kiwi dollar

    Fonterra
    Fonterra
Latest figures from Stats NZ show we imported 486-million dollars more than we exported last month.

That number was 1.1 billion, in the same month last year.

The value of our milk powder, butter and cheese exports reached records high.... and the value of our beef, lamb, mutton, logs, wood, wine and fruit exports are also rising.

Fonterra's now forecasting earnings of 50 to 60 cents a share, and keeping to its forecast farmgate payout midpoint of 10-dollars.
