A health commentator says drug-buying agency Pharmac's results are unlikely to change unless its gets more money

The agency's Chief Executive Sarah Fitt announced her resignation yesterday after being in the role for seven years.

Pharmac Chair Paula Bennett is hoping the change in leadership will lead to a transformation in operations.

But Blogger Ian Powell says the Government must first change its attitude and invest in Pharmac to improve access to medication.
