Oranga Tamariki is being urged to explore different leadership models

The agency's Chief Executive has resigned -- saying she believes it's the right time to make way for new leadership.

Grainne Moss last year admitted to structural racism issues inside the agency responsible for protecting our children.

Children's Commissioner, Andrew Becroft, says the agency should now consider bringing in co-leaders or a board.
