A former IT contractor has pleaded guilty - and another faces trial over an alleged 4-million-dollar job agreement

The Serious Fraud Office believes the two Australian citizens had a prior relationship.

    They both have name suppression.

Across four years ending in 2017, the defendant recommended the IT contractor for more than 20-million-dollars of work.

The guilty party will appear at the High Court in Auckland in December.

Meanwhile, the second contractor goes to trial in November.
