A pass mark from All Whites coach Darren Beazley after his New Zealand men saw off Tahiti 3-nil in Vanuatu, in the opening game of their Oceania qualifying campaign for the 2026 World Cup

A pass mark from All Whites coach Darren Beazley after his New Zealand men saw off Tahiti 3-nil in Vanuatu, in the opening game of their Oceania qualifying campaign for the 2026 World Cup

A rout looked certain after Eli Just scored in just the second minute... but the Tahitians dug in and it wasn't until captain Chris Wood headed home from a corner in the 67th minute that the result looked safe.

Substitute striker Ben Waine sealed the victory in the 89th minute with his second straight international goal... Beazley says he's happy.
