More beneficiaries are getting work, and more Kiwis are heading to greener pastures offshore

Latest Stats NZ figures show a record 128-thousand people left in the year to November -- a 28-percent rise on the previous year.
Migrant arrivals are down 32-percent to 158-thousand -- and visitor arrivals are up to 86-percent of pre-pandemic levels.
Meanwhile, new MSD figures show more than 33-thousand people got off the Jobseeker benefit in the second half of last year -- up 22-percent annually.
Sanctions against beneficiaries rose 126-percent.
