    Job done for the New Zealand boats on the second day of the rowing world championships in Shanghai


    Logan Ullrich booked his spot in the quarter-finals by finishing second in his single sculls heat.

    The women's coxless four are straight into Friday's final after winning their opening race.

    The men's coxless four are through to the semi-finals after placing second in their heat.

    Flynn Eliadis-Watson says they were made to work.



    The men's double sculls also placed second to advance to a semi-final.
