Former Silver Ferns coach Yvonne Willering is hopeful Dame Noeline Taurua and Netball New Zealand can reach a resolution before next month's series against Australia

The 2019 World Cup-winning mentor is currently stood down after unnamed players raised issues with the high performance environment.

Willering's spoken to Taurua, who is eager to return.

She's told the Inside Netball Podcast that the interim coaching duo of Yvette McCausland-Durie and Liana Leota could remain.

The Silver Ferns' final dead rubber Taini Jamison test against South Africa is in Invercargill on Sunday.
