Chris Hipkins says schools are still preparing to welcome students back for the start of Term One

The Education Minister says measures have been put in place, to keep everyone safe.

He says some changes were made late last year, to increase the number of students required to wear masks, and teachers will need to be up-to-date with their vaccine and booster shots.
